Poor customer service
I received my order and did not like the faucet I purchased. I called customer service and explained that I wanted to exchange the faucet for a better one. She said that I had to send an email explaining what was wrong and a photo. I received an email back just stating if I want to return it there would be a 20% restocking fee, and nothing about exchange it for a better one. I should have gotten a phone call back to explain my options.
