Great customer service!

I have to thank you for making a great product. After going to 2 different local home stores and getting universal screen doors that just didn’t fit right, I searched and luckily found this place. I ordered my screen door (instructions on their site on how to measure for your screen) on a Saturday and received it on the following Tuesday. The fit was perfect. If there was anything I could say was sub par is the tool that comes with the door it almost broke when seating the cord to hold the screen in place.

Inner door handle was missing. Called today and was told to expect a call back. 215-968-1873

Good: Custom size available. Bad: Edges on rails bent when received and had to straighten. - Falls off of bottom rail often. Needs deeper grooves in wheels. - Latch mechanism jammed and had to take apart to put spring back in position. Still does not move smoothly.

I had no assistance with a live human, and the instructions were not fully comprehensive. The 800 number is not in service. The quality is good though.
