Phytools (Shopify)

After paying PhyTools for product and shipping, I received a bill from UPS for $90+ dollars CDN. Two thirds of this were for a processing fee while the rest was GST. I don't mind paying GST, but the fee was ridiculous. PhyTools stepped up and paid a generous portion of the bill and took the time to investigate. They are looking at ways to reduce total shipping to Canada.

Secure access, timely/accurate email info, rec'd order on time.

I had no issues and you met my expectations.
