I recently purchased Kunbus RevPi Core 3 x 1. It was working fine for initial tests, but now it doesn't want to boot up. I have searched the Kunbus forums and have found others with this problem. It looks like you issue an RMA in those cases. I have another one that I've been using for 3+ years with no issues so I guess it may just be a bad batch. I have tried several things but it looks like the controller is dead. It simply won't power up. I have tested the other one on the same power supply and wires and everything and it works perfectly. Can you give me the information I would need to send back the dead one so that you can send me a replacement one as soon as possible? Thank you so much.

shipping costs to Canada are far to expensive

It would have been nice if customs was handled by the shipper (it was a headache to setup a broker just to get an adapter into Canada). But I got exactly what I ordered which was nice.

I ordered a Kvaser Memorator Pro 2xHS Can logger and 2 of the PCAN-Cable J1939 to connect to a piece of off-road equipment with J1939 plugs. The equipment arrived quickly and in good condition. But, as I'm finding out, the Kvaser unit requires power in on Pin 9 of the DB9 plug in order to operate as a logging unit. The PCAN J1939 Cables only come with the pins for CAN high, CAN low, and shield populated. No power. So, I'm going to have to modify a cable I paid $59 for before I can use it. Would have been nice to know before the purchase.
