The shipping costs are very high…but i have never received a broken tile from Bedrosian. Can't say the same for Homedepot!

Ordered two full cases. Each case was well packaged separately, however 25% of the tiles in only one case were broken.

The tile sample is okay

The tile sample is okay … my biggest complaint is regarding paying $25 to expedite shipping to OVERNIGHT. However, the website doesn’t specify that there is no OVERNIGHT shipping… only “next business day. ” And they take 2 business days before they even ship it, so it’s more like 4-5 days, depending on where the weekend falls. What a waste, especially considering I didn’t even choose this tile.

Long time fan of Bedrosians’s

Long time fan of Bedrosians’s products, and I have many of them in my own home and my mom’s. So I take no pleasure in writing this review. 1) These are NOT Bedrosians tiles. They’re made by Cerdomus. Completely mis-advertised. 2) They’re not even close in color to the web site images. Way lighter in real life and Cinnamon has zero hint of Cinnamon (both purchased from Home Depot who allowed free returns and Bedrosians who forced you to pay freight which is more than the cost of the product itself, so you’re stuck with it and they know that). 3) The geniuses who packaged each 4-tile pack decided to pack the tiles top-bottom, so each 4-tile box is guaranteed to have two tiles with deep unrepairable scratches from the rough bottom of the tile packed on top of the other. I wish I could attach pictures. I purchased 800sqft worth of these (10sqf per box = 80 4-pack boxes) yielded about 55 damaged tiles without any chance to exchange them due to their policy with their distributors. Unethical! That said, the tiles are made of incredible porcelain. If you have a way to get a real sample, you should do that first and buy from Home Depot who honors exchanges of scratched/damaged tiles and not from any distributors or Bedrosians directly. Save your money!
