As a designer, I need to have full size sample to ensure that the tile I pick works with the design and my client can visualize the product in their space. Such a small sample is not going to get orders.

I tried calling Bedrosians to provide feedback and received a run around. Customer service sent me to reception who sent me to AR, and the call kept dropping. A lack of concern or interest. Home Depot showed the most concern and provided apologies on Bedrosians behalf.

The tile itself looks beautiful, but the sample was far too small to be useful when making such a significant design and purchasing decision. With a patterned mosaic like this, customers really need to see at least one full sheet to properly evaluate the scale, color variation, and overall appearance. I would gladly pay a little more for a larger, more representative sample.
