Tile is beautiful but 2 boxes were completely broken

Love the tile overall, disappointed in the fact that I ordered 12 tiles and 3 were cracked. Hardest part is I paid super rush shipping to get them in time so the shipping cost was the same as the 12 tile.

product is fine - sizing was inconsistent to a previous lot I had, color was consistent. ordering process and timeliness of shipment was not great. am glad I don't have to order direct again

Very different than what was portrayed in tile shop

The soft blue color and slight texture of these 2x2 tiles are great, and the price per sq. ft is great too, but this line suffers from some quality control issues. Out of the 30 sq. ft I ordered, about half or the sheets had tiles that were poorly laid on their mesh backing. Badly skewed tiles out of the grid, tiles laid too tight together, and too wide, made layout and line up very frustrating and very time consuming. I had to cut many, MANY, tiles out of their backing and individually adjust them just to correct issues that, IMO, should have been rejected in quality control and re-laid. With 2x2 tiles set in a perfect grid over a long run, there is no room for error on the grout lines not lining up or being straight or consistent and this product didn't work with me in achieving this and made my project more frustrating than it should have been. I happened to be at a home center the other week and saw similar white tile (twice as much), but laid perfectly. You'll save on material costs with this line, but you'll pay for it in time if you want a perfect result. Buyer be advised.
