I have not received the order yet. This is despite waiting several months. Please investigate this and resolve it so that I do receive the order.

Product wasn’t shipped until I followed up almost a month after placing the order. No response when I asked what happened. Also asked to review a product I hadn’t received.

I placed two same orders and immediately contacted you to cancel one of them. However, I was told that the order had already been dispatched. After receiving the item, I contacted you to request a return, but you did not respond to my emails, and the return period had already expired. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the way this matter has been handled.
