Still waiting after 2 months. I was originally advised it was a 4 week wait for the product I wanted. No communication afterwards. Would not recommend to anyone.

Cheap and flimsy. Very disappointed.

The tap worked fine for a couple of weeks and then started to leak in the top section near the the swivel arm I contacted acted customer support and was asked to submit photo evidence of the problem, which I have done. The got bact to me and informed me that the problem was a faulty Oring and they would send me a replacement, my first indication that this would be a problem 3 weeks later Orings arrived got the Plummer to install and the problem was worse. I asked for a refund but the 30 day window for returns was now exceeded so they fobbed me off with I hope you understand So buyer be ware is my advice find another supplier

Slow delivery processing and you sent the wrong colour of product, leaving us no time to get them changed over.
