Pilling and tearing around edges within days of delivery

A few floors in the material used for our product

almost one month and delivery not fulfilled - one item delivered of two ordered. not happy.

Terrible, product came without rubber feet, wrote to them and they never responded.

I have not received the order yet. This is despite waiting several months. Please investigate this and resolve it so that I do receive the order.
