Product never received where s my refund!!!

Used two different sizes so far and both won’t hold the tap properly. The square drive on two of the tap holders have rounded out. Poor quality

There were parts missing and so after multiple attempts to resolve the matter with your customer service I still haven’t been told when I will receive the replacement parts

After 4 weeks still not shipped, limited customer comms, fingers crossed it arrives soon so it can be installed in customers camper

Pilling and tearing around edges within days of delivery
