Poor communication and didnt recieve all parts

Terrible

I cannot read instructions as they are in other languages and not English and from what I have tried it is very hard to use and slow to work.

I have been trying to contact the company to request a refund as the product does not suitable my needs. Have had no response, absolutely no customer service has been provided
