Just received and does not come with the wall bracket to attach

I was hoot for a thicker product to help protect my windows from stone chips, do you make a thicker product? Please let me know

The item itself was fit for purpose and decent quality. The timeframe it was shipped and customer service wasn’t great. If you pay express postage I would expect to see the product within a couple of days. It was 2 weeks before it was shipped. I understand sometimes things take time and the product could be made to order. this should be in the description to save customers paying express postage and so they have a timeframe for their own customers in the case of a business to business sale. We have ordered another one the same to give them a chance at redemption 🤞🏻
