Shipping took almost 7 days after purchasing to ship. Item came from box Hill i should have came down and picked it up

Slats tack welded only , powder coating lifting in places. Castors attach by two bolts and washers when there are three holes drilled out on each corner for castor placement but castors only fit two holes and fitting plate has four holes. The caddy(s) as I purchased 2 are in use we will see how long the “HEAVY DUTY” caddy hold out. Would not recommend not for the price they are sold for.

I never received the surfboard rack. Can you please send it

Never received confirmation email. Missing piece when arrived. Have been trying to get onto customer service to rectify the issue and they keep ignoring my requests. Thoroughly disappointed and will never order from here again.
