Ozanda

For the price, I expected a better product. I expected it to be made of stainless steel not plastic. There are no assembly instructions

Communication could be improved, as it was sometimes slow to obtain information regarding the expected arrival of the item.

I had to e-mail asking for any information regarding my order before it suddenly got processed and shipped.

Shipment was ok

Quick service, but hinge I received was flimsy and of poor quality and unable to use . Was approx $40.
