Took too long to get order (over 10 days)

It took a month after changing the filters for water not tasting citrusy and the ice not looking green.

I have the Duo system which is not as strong as I wish it was. My water is still hard. There is still some of the deposits that crust in my sinks and my skin is not as soft as it should be. So overall , the filters should be stronger and should be taking out more of those harsh deposits
