Product is good. But shipping sucks and customer service is non existing. Never know when it's showing up. Ordered the 10th shipped the 12th. It's the 31st now don't know where it is. Can't get ahold of anyone about it. Makes me want to quit buying it.

I hope this review isn't public. This is the first request for my feedback, so I'm providing it here. I have a two primary concerns: 1. Although there is a reduction of deposits in my water, I'm still experiencing build-up in my electric water kettle. I'm wondering if the performance of the filters will improve when I replace the initial filters. 2. The installation. Geeze. A pipe leaked after installation. I noticed the leak as I was reviewing the installation while under my house after one day. I also noticed the leak from the filter. I immediately contacted the company. He cut three holes in my wall to find the leak, though the leak was coming from the attic. I wish I would have contacted somebody else, but I didn't know anybody else and I trusted the representation of NuVo. Anyways - I still have three holes in my drywall that I haven't been able to replace. I understand that mistakes happen. I'm slightly frustrated that after everything was installed and "repaired", I haven't heard anything from anybody with a request about the quality of execution or the performance of the filters. This project wasn't an inexpensive choice and there were some serious issues during the installation.

The company is responsive but their product is wasteful
