Almost a 5 star, but disappointed in the support staff. The product seems to work nice, but very disappointed in the support staff. After purchasing the Manor Duo direct from Nuvo, I found it for less on Amazon. I was told I would receive refund for the difference but I have not heard from anyone nor have I received anything.

Need to cancel subscription we’re moving

I was not told that I needed to order a new O ring. I assumed everything I needed would be included. I also did not remember the pressure release button needed to be pushed before trying to remove the cartridge housing.

In the end I got the bracket. Took 2 shipments. 1st time I was sent a wrench! The error was corrected and I received the correct item.

Great service, some fine tuning needed for durability of system components.
