Shipping is okay. Getting a live person is on a call is dubious. Took getting into a circuitous loop x 2 before we were connected to a person online. Once online the service was great.

It took some time for me to find out when it would ship but after it was only 2 days to get to us.

Not bad again said this before that filter housing needs better connection points beside plastic

Filters are very expensive, and seem that changing them is going to be frequent and very expensive over time.
