very convenient, no issues, customer support is top notch, on a previous order the rope I had purchased was out of stock, they called me to ask if I would like to cancel or suggested a different thickness they had in stock, most other companies would never have done this. I would have waited 2-weeks had to call and been put on hold for 30-40 min for them to tell me sorry its out of stock. Very pleased with the service I have recieved.
