I was very pleased with the speed they filled my order However this time they used Fed-Ex . Fedex totally messed up the delivery. I got notices "THREE" times "three" days in a row it was out for delivery only to learn it was never on the truck that day. I notified a Knot & Rope employee of the poor service and I kind of got a lackadaisical reply to try UPS the next timeI was not the only one in the FED-EX lobby complaining about their parcels
