I had ordered a street sign and while the quality of the sign is good, the poor packaging ruins it. It came wrapped in card board, but the edges had only thin masking tape which did not protect the metal. So it suffered some bad dents from shipping. To make it worse, I reached out to them via the contact form on their website, but they did not bother to respond. Instead, I received today the request to rate my experience, which is, well, terrible. Maybe some of the more expensive shops are a better choice.

One sided and a heavy sign not a double sided hand held stop sign.

I am still waiting to receive the sign.

No response to wrong order

Have reached out over a while ago for a return of a the sign we ordered which was too small. Haven't heard anything.
