Took 3 times to get it right

I contacted through two separate messages regarding scratched top and bottom rails for the gate, and never received a response back. I also asked if there was anyway to atleast purchase new top and bottom rails for the gate if it was not covered under warranty, and no response. If I could get an answer of purchasing or getting replacement top and bottom rail, not including spindles-it would be greatly appreciated.

The salesmen both hung on me. They had no patient with me since I am deaf. They demanded the color and size. I wanted to know the side of the rails and tops. They refused to answer. I studied the picture on the website. Yes that what we wanted. I received and The size was off the point. The picture itself on the website was so wrong. That angered me and wasted my time and money. They waived the special order and asked me to pay the shipping to return. The price was overpriced.
