Deck Expressions

Took 4 deliveries to recieve 4 items, and was a nightmare trying to get everything I ordered

The kits are easy to install but some had missing clip pieces on the stair railings. On the straight deck railing one came with an aluminum post a brackets for that. I had to order extra brackets set to install. Haven’t been able to find the stair bracket set to order just so I can have the angled clip in trim pieces that were missing.

The posts that we ordered, were not what we thought that they would be and wanted to return them. However, after finding out the cost to return and the restocking fee, we had to keep them and have no use for them now.

Misrepresented hardware needed to install express mount cable handrails. Still waiting on refund authorization.

I ordered some l brackets in error & tried to cancel the order. Unfortunately it had already shipped so I requested a return authorization, knowing there would be a restocking fee which I assumed would be 15-20%. These thieves charged me a 65% restocking fee.
