Deck Expressions

First 8’ of screen had holes/damage. The screen is good aside from that.

I would give Deck Expressions service 4-5 stars, they were very helpful when choosing my deck railing and accessories...... however, the delivery part was horrible! Deck Expressions used an outside/separate delivery company for my order and they were horrible! They scheduled delivery 3 weeks after my order was placed, then didn't show up on the actual delivery date. The delivery company then made me wait another 4 days to deliver, when they finally made the delivery, they dropped the 8ft long pallet in the front and in the center of my driveway, so no car could enter or exit the driveway. This lasted about a day until I could find someone to help me unload the pallet contents into a truck to unblock my driveway. Deck Expressions staff were great and the Deckorator railings are great ...... but they need to find a better delivery company as my delivery was a nightmare.

From a distances they look fine. Up closer they look like bricks that were painted over.They chip really easily and if they get struck with a ball or gardener hits while sweeping I think they would break or have a significant chip or crack. Cheaper than real brick but not sure how long will keep its look.

First of all, this look's like wood and if it holds up will be superior to wood. The accolades ends there. It is not trivial to install and if you follow the instructions, you will be disappointed. The instructions make the assumption that the posts are exactly plumb. That is a foolish assumption. Even a 1/16" will leave a gap. ; Measure and mark the bottom and top rails individually. Do not transfer measurements. Second, the quality control is horrendous. the balusters are not equal i9n length making it impossible to get a tight fit. Each section randomly has several balusters as much as !/8" shorter than the rest. Tabs on several of the balusters had the tabs 90 degrees in relation to the top and bottom glued in wrong at the factory. One top rail section was finished in gloss, not satin. This is one of the most expensive railing kits available. What I have experienced should never happen.

Be careful of this group. They will say something will fit. When it doesn’t they will want a 25% restock fee. I provided evidence of question being answered and they still won’t give full refund.
