Deck Expressions

Hope I can get them replaced, still waiting

No issues with product, shipping time was over 3 weeks.

The items we bought were good quality. Our problem is we ordered the wrong thing and the return was not easy. It's been 3 weeks and still no credit back.

Just okay. The railing arrived from a 3rd party (the manufacturer?) and some of the boxes were beat up & then taped over. Some pieces were missing, so I notified Deck Expressions right away and didn't hear from them for almost a week. When I finally did hear, I was told that the missing items were on the way - but I never did get them. Pretty hard to put your railing up when you don't have all the parts you ordered. I would not recommend this business.
