Deck Expressions

I've already written a review, apparently I didn't like it, but there won't be another one. The product is of good quality, but I cannot fully appreciate it, since the builders put a curved post for me and cracks form when it is covered with vinyl wrap. I couldn't return the product. An oversized box costs 1.5 times more to send than its contents, and the customer service did not help me with this.

Purchased fence caps to replace our broken ones. The description and photos didn't match what we got and gave gotten push back and still no response after 3 weeks of trying to return. They will take your money but very hard to get a return and refund.

Ordered a bunch of Deckorators brackets to install a cocktail board on my railing. We pre drilled holes as per instructions and when we went to screw the brackets downs - SO MANY OF THE SCREWS SNAPPED IN HALF! Now we are left with numerous extra holes and scratches (which won’t be seen but still) trying to correct the issue! This is such trash and we are super pissed.

Excessive price and shipping fees.
