These brackets are useless they don't fit on the railings to small

Not a happy customer, afer receiving wrong part, I had to pay a $17 postage fee to return and a 25% restocking fee. Not good business!

Horrible, didn’t deliver all the materials either, non of the spindles fit inside the hole. Clients pissed and so am. I’ll never use your product unless it’s for a bonfire

id like to give more stars but im still waiting for products i ordered and paid for but still have not received. still waiting for replacement of damaged parts. i have no clue where they are or if there even en route. additionally the shipping company will either damage your products or loose them entirely.

This has got to be the worst company I’ve EVER had to deal with in 45 years. Absolutely horrible customer service product came damaged just from shipping no damage to box just movement in box scratched it up. I can’t imagine what the sun and kids would do to this product. I’m going on 60 days trying to return this junk they drag there feet while I’m paying interest on my credit card for this junk. I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD to say about this company! Do not buy you’ll be sorry if you have a problem. Thank god for social media
