No follow thru and lack of care

I ordered 7 small railing parts on 02-02-24. I received 2 of the 7 items fairly quickly. I've been calling once a week since for the other parts to complete the order and no one at Deck expressions could give me an answer. After a month of waiting, I purchased an entirely different railing system to complete my project. The last conversation with Deck Expressions was that I would like to just return the parts I have and give me a full refund. They responded that they would call me back and let me know how they wanted to handle this. I am ready to dispute this purchase through my credit card company if I don't hear back soon. This has not been a good experience. My first and hopefully my last with Deck Expressions.

Wrong size was shipped. Did not like the color but would not have been able to use even if I liked it and it cost me @$40 for restocking fee. Poor return policy
