NOT good will not recommend this company to anyone

Mounting hardware and brackets must have been packaged in a different box and were never received. Now dealing with logistics to see if they can be tracked, or if I have to re-order and pay for replacement items.

Haven't received my order yet. It's been over a month

I read all of the negative reviews before I purchased but I thought maybe people were just mad and that I would give them a chance. Well I had the same experience as others had. I placed an order and I was told that I would have it in 2 days. They immediately charged my credit card but I did not receive my order for six weeks. Everytime I contacted them, they told me it would ship the next day. Well, that never happened. What did happen is that when it was finally delivered, it was bent and broken to where we refused delivery. We had to wait until Monday to call them to issue a refund. When we spoke with someone they told us it would take up to 10 days to go back to our credit card. I waited 10 days and when the refund never came through I called back. We were told that the person who does that did not start it and she was on vacation. We had to wait 5 days for her to get back in office and then we were told it could take up to 10 days again to be put back to our credit card. On day 11 we finally saw a refund but it was not for the amount we paid. So we called again and when we told them we refused delivery because of damage, they had to talk with someone else who finally let us know they would refund the whole amount. It was a big waste of time and very stressful. I don’t know how this company stays in business. I would very strongly suggest that you shop somewhere else.
