Deck Expressions

I want to return my item and was instructed to wait 10 days for the manufacturers instructuons for returning. Sent a follow up on july 12th and was told they are waiting for the manufacturer. It is now July 25th and have not reserved instructions to return.

I incorrectly ordered a light caps for my posts. When I called I was told that I needed to order correct item before return process to avoid restocking fee. I did that a month ago and called to speak to someone several times. I have yet to get a return code to send the incorrect item I also have not received new order. Very disappointed to be charged interest on my credit card while I wait for this to be resolved. While the return issue is very disappointing. I am pleased with the product that a contractor installed.

My posts hadn’t shipped weeks after I ordered them so I emailed and was told they would ship that week. They didn’t, I emailed again and was told they were running behind. They finally showed up but one was missing an insert and they all were dirty like they had been handled on a jobsite and returned. I was annoyed but they weren’t scratched or damaged so I cleaned them all and installed them. I called about the missing insert and was told to email them. I emailed them and was asked which post sleeve was missing the insert which there is no answer other than one of the ten I ordered… I never heard back, I emailed again and was ghosted so being that I need to finish the job, I just ordered the insert from somewhere else and paid for it. I would never do business with this company again.

Still waiting on a refund that was received by you on July 9!. Nikki Davis sent an email saying she authorized the credit and still have nor received

One of the two cartons was badly damaged and had to be rejected when it was delivered.
