Deck Expressions

Truthfully, I'm pretty upset. I thought I was getting the 4 ~ Piece Vinyl Post Wrap for 6x6 Posts by RDI as my posts were installed by a previous owner. The packing fell apart and I wasn't home when delivered. The cardboard was wet and now I'm stuck with wraps that have to slide on. I don't know what to do. Pretty upset.

No response on a request for a replacement part for a railing. Just pushed off to manufacturer, who never responded.

I was unable to use the parts ordered. Attempted several times to get someone to respond to an email requesting for an address to return the items. No response

Had call about order wasn’t shipped out guy said he had no idea why. Received order with in week notice caps was wrong ones have attempted several times get returned but keeps sending me back to homepage
