Deck Expressions

Have yet to receive all of my order. Still waiting for a month or so now.

Although this product fit my needs for front porch columns, side railings, and stair railings I was disappointed and frustrated about two things: (1) The true lengths of rails are significantly shorter (about 5") than advertised. (2) I had to pay out of pocket to return 3 items. This amounted to $117. Because of the two problems I doubt that I will use Deck Expressions, Barrette, or RDI again.

Still waiting for return instructions

I’ve been waiting for my order to arrive since 7/30. Finally received notification my order had shipped, scheduled a delivery date for 9/6 and they never showed up. It would have been nice to get a call informing me of the delay.

Missing items and damaged items. Took 3 weeks to get them replaced! And no compensation.
