Deck Expressions

I sent the model # 141774 of the post light I was wanting the solar panel replacement for and you referred me to a page that showed one for a model 141771. I wrongly assumed that would work for mine since that is when I was referred. I am not going to the expense of returning it. If you no longer carry parts for 141774 you should have let me know.

Didn't get the solar post caps we ordered. We got rail supports instead. Can't send them back as we live in the Islands.

I made two orders of the same color privacy lattice for a deck project. The orders were made on the same day. Once I received the two orders they were very different shades of the same color. They don't match and I have yet to get this issue resolved.

Arrived broken, made a number of attempts to contact customer service and never received a response.

It's not as described.
