The product seems ok but extracting information from their tech team took far too long and was as if they did not know the product they were selling. Also since they do not use an if it fits it ships box I had to ship to a friend in CA and then have them forward the box in a if it fits it ships box to HI since we could not get the product here. So "F" on customer service.

We needed to order more material once we started and it took a long time to get parts

The delivery it's very slow

Delivery was extremely slow. They sent the wrong item and then only issued a partial refund even though they sent the wrong item. Getting the full refund was like pulling teeth but I finally got it.

The balusters look nice but to start with one was smashed on the end. No big deal. I started assembling a section and it fit together funny. I could not figure it out until I started measuring each one. There’s as much as 5/16” difference on lengths. I had to cut every one down to the same length. That cost me about of time and time is money! Not happy about that.
