Deck Expressions

Many problems with the RDI composite rail system. Deck Expressions was somewhat responsive to my emails, however, the problem was not resolved after weeks and assurances that RDI was taking care of it. Still waiting.

I paid 50 bucks for a single set of plastic brackets for my railing and they took about 3 or 4 weeks to arrive

Havnt recieved my order yet. Won't answer e mail. Website is not customer friendly

Ordered the porch posts wraps, which were nice quality and easy to install. I didn't need the base caps, and have waited two weeks for a return authorization and no reply from additional inquiries. Plus its a 25% restocking fee. Very frustrated by the lack of communication.

Nothing to review have not received order.
