Can't seem to get a refund.

You sell a very good product but qualify control and customer service needs work, the items i order were missing parts and it took me over a week and a half to get the missing parts.It should not take five or six e-mails and numerous phone calls to get it settled.

I ordered 4 vinyl sleeves. 3 of the 4 were either defective or damaged.
