We did not get the order yet and it’s been almost 4 weeks

Scam and poor customer service is what my impression is of this company based off of my experience. I was looking for Dupont Tyvek 800J hazmat suits when I found them on google in the advertisement section. Being the best price, I clicked on them and found them to be selling a pack of 25 for $8.23, which you can see on the picture attached of the screenshot of their listing from their website. It clearly shows a saving of 97% for each set. Thus, I purchased 2 sets and waited for the suits to come in. To my surprise when the items showed up it was only 2 individual packs in the box, not 2 sets of 25 pack as advertised on their website. So I called their customer support, but it was a Saturday and so the phone just kept ringing. I figured they must be closed for the weekend and so I sent them a, message via form on their website, letting them know of the issue. Also, I decided to give them a call on Monday morning. The lady on the phone told me she would speak to the warehouse and get back to me. A screenshot of her unapologetically terse response is attached as evidence of their poor customer service. I also received a response to my message that I sent via the form on their website. You can see that in the pictures attached as well. Neither of these two people apologized for the issue or even offered a refund upon return of the items in case I didn’t want single packs they sent, rather, tried to upsell me the other 48 individual packs. In fact, Danny even told me that they sell the pack of 25 for $299.30, and if I would like, I can buy the rest for the balance amount, which is preposterous because if they’re selling single packs for $8.23 then a pack of 25 should be $205.75. Nevertheless, I do or will not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Buyer beware is all I leave you with.

The website indicated that I would receive my packages by a certain date. packages were delivered 3 days late, and after I had left for a trip where I needed the items that I orderd. When I called in to inquire why my packages had not shipped, I was told I would be overnighted the itmes for a Friday delivery, I didn't receive the package until Monday. there was no overnight shipping.

You said you had it and then you said it got damaged then I looked it up again and you raised the price wtf

Have not received order yet,difficult to assess at this time.
