The boots I ordered are on back order. I want to cancel my order but I'm not able to get in touch. It's been 3 weeks but nobody has reached out to me with any update. Customer service is terrible

The boys I ordered were on backorder. I was told they probably wouldn't be available for a month or two so I chose to cancel the order.

Email at 4 AM? Really? So inconsiderate.

Two weeks later and my shipment still hasn’t shipped but yet you want a review so here you do I would never again order from this company they can’t even tell people when there boots are not in stock until after they purchase them 🖕

Took well over a month to receive my order and the customer service was terrible.
