I was charged for item that has been backodered for several months. Request refund for backordered item.

This has been the worst experience ordering equipment to train First Responders. I ordered several pieces of equipment because All Petzel equipment was on sale according to Their website on Monday 11/28/22 and here we are over two weeks later and they are sending me emails saying that they gave me too much of a discount and want me to pay a additional $800.00. I have several colleagues that ordered equipment during this time and they have already received their orders. At this point I’m still waiting for another email to see what my status is. It’s ashamed that small company’s like mine has to go through this just to get a little discount on equipment to train First Responders and Emergency Companies.

I haven’t gotten what I ordered.

If a parts never showed up still waiting it’s been almost 4 weeks
