I ordered a drawer front. I thought it was very confusing to get the look that I wanted. The picture showed exactly what I needed, but when I received my order it was just a plain piece of wood.

They sent me a block of wood instead of a cabinet drawer front. Then they blamed me.

The shipping and handling charges are ridiculous...you'd do better to charge more for the cabinets and less in postage...my S&H charge was more than the drawer front I ordered...You could have sent it by United States postal for about $5. Instead you charged +$28.

ordered wed. am online, thurs my sale was differed, hence I called1st am when they opened to cancel. Joelle was their representative, she told me it takes 5 to 7 days for production, then they ship. So I'm thinking they can cancel, 5 hours later they email me to say that it is in production and now it can't be canceled. It's 1 door frame only, no raised panel, unfinished and it takes 5 to 7 days to produce?? nail the frame together take a router to it maybe 2 hours? they want to keep my 90.00 for the frame well if they do here comes Facebook and Consumers Affairs.com for this experience Jeff........... will update as neccessary

I would like to have something to review. Your add says usually ships in 5-7 days. You charged my credit card in two minutes. Where are my doors?
