The IT department needs to get it together. When I completed the order I had to change the shipping address and when I did that there was no place to submit so it kicked me out. That cost you the order (well really what cost you the order is that no one got back with me after i said no one would take the order over the phone.

It's been awhile now I have GT 2 surveys now but no one has answered my question all I wanted was a physical address not to hard right

I was extremely disappointed and angered when I reached out to the company regarding a problem with one of the seven doors ordered for my project. I provided all relevant information and was told that the contractor waited too long to report a problem. At the end of the chat, I was told "sorry you are unhappy" and disconnected. I expected much more from a 'reputable' company. If the door was not going to be replaced (which, by the way reputable companies do) at the very least, there should be some compensation to replace. All I received was a 'sorry you are not happy' . Well, my ratings and reviews that I post will truly reflect how unhappy I am. I could not recommend this company to anyone as it stands.
