Wrong style drawer front sent to me

Hi, I had previously ordered from you and that order was perfect. A customer service rep called me prior to fulfilling this order and I confirmed I wanted the exact same as my previous order - a total of 3 doors in white with the same edging and style. My order arrived and I only have 2 doors and they are not in the same style are in not in white. Not sure where the disconnect happened. Please let me know how we can resolve this. The holes were not bored in the doors per the order. Attempted to return them, they would not take a return, asked for a refund they would not give me a refund. They were willing to remake and resend. We were in a hurry as the house was being listed for sale, and bought a new cabinet.Told them this, as it took 3 days for the manager to call ( I called each day). They admitted they had not sent them as ordered. I would not order from here again.

This company has a deceptive website. Pictures do not portray product ordered. Make sure you are a professional, as the website is unsuitable for the weekend project worker. The company will not change an order, refund an order (even due to the deceptive website pictures), or cancel an order, even if it has not yet been sent to production, or been shipped. In fact, they will do nothing at all to make the customer satisfied with a wrong order. Buyer beware. I have never encountered worse care for a customer, anywhere, in any kind of product or merchandise; I will never order from them again, and only wish I could inform more potential customers than this review will reach.

My husband and I, novices to woodworking, placed and order for drawer fronts. Since we did not own a router, and had a limited budget, we decided to order them rather than making our own to avoid the cost of buying tools as well as materials. On this website, the drawer front page shows a picture of a drawer front as well as outlines of the different fronts to choose from. We liked the picture, found the outline we thought portrayed the front, clicked on it and since the picture remained, thought we had clicked the correct front. We did not understand that the outlines indicate the front as depicted by looking at the edge, and we did not think to try clicking on different outlines to see what would happen to the picture--we assumed naturally, that the picture indicated what we clicked. We placed an order for 14 drawer fronts, 2 initially, and a few days later 12 more. When the first two finally arrived, we found we had paid for a piece of oak board we could have picked up ourselves from a big box store. Calling this company, they explained that the picture does not change to show the customer what the drawer front will look like-- no matter which outline is clicked, the same picture is shown. In addition there is no explanation to stress the outline shows the edge only, and not the front, as routed, and there is no front picture to see the actual front if cut according to the outline. Apparently the company expects only professional woodworkers to use their site, and to know this automatically. The site does stress that an order cannot be changed once placed--we did not expect so simple a request would need to be changed, so that seemed ok. After repeated calls, to explain the deceptiveness of their website, the company refused to do anything at all; they would not stop the order, they would not accept it returned for a refund, they would not submit a change of order to make the cut we wanted. In short, we paid several hundred dollars for 14 pieces of unfinished red oak cut from 4x8 oak boards with no routing whatsoever, that we could easily have made ourselves for about the quarter or less of the price we paid. I would never use this site again. It is completely deceptive--I have never seen a website that does not clearly depict an object when requested and instead shows something altogether different, they are expensive, and they do not work to assist or keep a customer--especially since the fault was theirs.
