I purchased a QuickBooks Pro 2021 software download. I believed that this was a NEW product. Upon downloading the software, I was unable to activate it, because it apparently already has an owner. QuickBooks support could not help, and BigHomeTax.com did not respond to my emails. Extremely frustrating experience and a waste of money to have a program that I cannot use!

I never received the information I need to access the TurboTax 2020 tax program that I purchased. My efforts to obtain this information have been futile.

I ordered a copy of Quickbooks 2021 and when they tried to send me the download info, it got blocked by my spam filter. I whitelisted their email address and after numerous attempts to get them to resend it, I never got a response. Had to do a chargeback.

This was a horrible website and I would like my money back as I never got to use the Turbotax I paid for. It took over 7 hours to get the order confirmation email, even though I was charged the money right away. I was working on my taxes and couldn’t wait all day to receive the order by email. It was a digital purchase, I shouldn’t have had to wait so long I tried calling the company only to find out their phone number has been disconnected, and when I tried emailing them the email bounced back. . I ended up purchasing Turbotax from a different website since I couldn’t get in touch with anyone.
