The file didn’t upload and I had to purchase it else where

I ordered TurboTax Home and Business 2020 from you and was supposed to receive an email with the product key - NEVER RECEIVED!! I sent an email to customer support, no response. I tried calling 2 different numbers that were listed, both had been disconnected. How do you live with yourselves scamming people!

I order software. They did not send me the product key and have not returned by email. The phone number is not working.
