Purchased H&R Block tax software but you didn't provide a product key. When I requested one you refused to reply. I contacted PayPal and they also sent you an inquiry, but so far you have not responded to them either.

I selected Turbotax Deluxe 2020, placed my order, went to Checkout. Text said to use PayPal (which i do not have an account) OR could use a credit card. I entered my American Express number and the order immediately posted a Paypal transaction, to the email address of a Gmail account. American Express says the transaction is in 'Pending' status, but I have not received my purchase, not in Spam nor Trash either. Has your site been hacked and funds being diverted?? I really need to get my taxes done by the new deadline. Please help with status of my Turbotax Deluxe 2020!?!

Forget about it

I never received any link that would work. I have completed my work using another product and since then I have discovered that tax cut will not work in my situation. I requested help from the person which received my money with no response. I believe this entire thing is a scam.
