For what it cost to ship ! YOU WOULD expect packaging some what better all the corners were dog EARED because there was NOO! EFFORT MADE TO PROTECT THEM. also give about 80% on quality extruded mounting holes and locking areas make frame hard to install flush can be worked around would n't buy again mostly because of price and shipping this was for crawl space door you can make a lot of wooden doors for total cost of product

I had a problem with the operation of the door

Door came in ok condition and in a timely manner. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Two issues with the door. First is the frame is warped on the lock side. The reason for this seems to be that extra metal covers the bolt holes on the frame. The second was that it only came with one keyed lock. The other one is not very good. I assume that there was a option to upgrade to both being keyed locks. But I was not told.

Do not give any discounts for bulk orders.

We got 3 doors total , good quality , only issue is that one of the doors had a good size dent on the frontside of the door , but I will say , they shipped us a new one quickly!
