Sales agent was great and very helpful, but again only 3 starts due to shipping. You shipped on time but you need to manage your freight companies better. I can't take a 3 week delay because Estes won't deliver 2 hatches from portland to prineville, OR in 2 weeks

Over all the door is good for the $.

The Stainless Steel Doors I purchased appear to be made with quality and look great. My only reason for not giving a higher rating is that I wanted the doors to have stainless steel handles to match the frame and door. Unfortunately the handle finish options do not include stainless steel. Seems to me that doors which are considered custom made should have matching finish options. I need to use a screw driver to open and close the doors.

Mounting holes were partly blocked by a construction strip of stainless. This made drilling difficult and ruined the bit. Holes need to be punched after construction. Otherwise a good product.
