I purchased two of the king size Talalay Classic Latex pillows. Both my husband and I are sleeping better than we have in years. These are by far the best pillows we've ever used. Thank you for such a great product.

I had a tempurpedic mattress for the past 8 years, but wanted something that slept cooler. I went with luma over their competitors due to their return policy (others either made you pay return shipping, or deliver it elsewhere yourself), the materials used in the mattress, and many great reviews about their customer service. I went with the softness combination they offer, and it is still firm compared to my previous plush tempurpedic. I’ve adjusted to it and don’t have any issues with soreness or feeling wore out upon waking. I did have a few hiccups with the delivery company they use; however, Luma got it straightened out and kept me updated. Their customer service was excellent. In addition to helping with the delivery issues, they made multiple adjustments to the standard order to help me get exactly what I wanted. Assuming the mattress withstands the test of time, I will definitely return for future purchases.

I went back and forth trying to decide on a bed, and I had my doubts about buying a mattress online. I reached out to their customer service who answered all questions I had and gave me a few suggestions based on my sleeping preferences and measurements. Ended up with the latex matress + 3inch topper. Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on!

if you do any research on mattress materials you will realize that latex foam is the way to go. Just ask the sales person at a local mattress store and you will find out most of them sleep on a latex bed. They will last a very long time. It is a unique feel for sure, so I recommend if you are not familiar with how latex feels to go try it out, then buy from Luma. Luma makes high quality mattresses at a fraction of the price and they are so helpful in answering all your questions. I bought the luma mattress with the plush topper and it is extremely well made. Latex can feel pretty firm so even the plush will feel firmer than a typical mattress in plush imo. You can exchange the topper for a different firmness level which is great. I recommend this company for anyone who has decided on a latex bed.

My wife and I did a ton of research into what goes into a good bed. Our research led us to Luma, which very transparently told us what went into the layers in the bed. From there, we could tell that each layer was made of high quality materials. The whole package was a good value for what you got. We ordered the Luma Hybrid Sleep System, with Talalay latex top. We went with the plush Talalay top. I’m primarily a side sleeper, and the plush topper is perfect. My wife is a back sleeper, and she finds the support to be perfect too. In her words, it’s the best night’s sleep she’s ever had on a mattress. The distinguishing feature of this mattress is the use of latex for the topper. It’s much better for us than memory foam. The latex is supportive but still plush, whereas memory foam is plush but it allows you to sink into the bed. And unlike memory foam, latex doesn’t retain heat as much. It’s a great mattress material. It certainly costs a little more but it’s very much worth it.
