I'm so glad I signed up for the exchange, it's so quick and easy. Easier than taking the empty cannister to the store, hoping they have replacements. Now I won't run out!

Purchasing through their website was so easy and simple. I'm thankful that I purchased this.

I have put in 2 orders for Soda Stream syrups. My first order came with a wonderful surprise of 3 sets of Bubly water essence and of course the syrups I ordered. Then on my 2nd order I expressed my concern of limited syrups in the stores where I live and when I spoke to a representative at Soda Stream they not only gave me a deal on the syrups I wanted but waived the shipping cost. I love all(most) all their flavors and although I ordered many syrups I couldn't fulfill the designated dollar amount for the free shipping so when the rep said they could waive the shipping. . . 🎶I was so excited and just couldn't hide it. 🎵 Oh and one more thing. . . one of the syrups leaked and they sent 2 new bottles! This is an awesome company that appreciates their customers! I'll continue to buy their products! 😋

I had an issue with my e-terra and Sodastream service took care of me immediately. Very happy with their service and my sodastream e-terra!
